Ep. 8: Walang Magawa.

Hay. Isang napakahabang araw nanaman ang nakalipas.

Dahil sa minadaling araw na ako kanina nang matulog, napuyat nanaman ako. Ang kulit-kulit ko talaga. Sinabi na sa aking bawal na ako magpuyat eh. :P

Nagising ako ng bandang alas diyes ng umaga. Yun na yung regular na oras na nagigising ako kapag summer. Hindi ko alam. Puyat man o hindi, mga ganoong oras ako lalagi nagigising.

Pagkabangon ko, dumiretso agad ako sa kusina. Hmmm. Nagugutom ako.

Ako: Ma, wala na bang makakain?
Mama: Tingin ka dyan sa ref.
Ako: *Tingin tingin* (Sabay nakita ang Lucky Me! Instant Lomi)
Ako: Yak. Wala ng iba?
Mama: May natira pa atang Lucky Me! Instant Bulalo diyan..
Ako: :)

Ewan ko. Haha. Ayaw na ayaw ko yung lasa ng Lomi nila. Naduduwal ako. Ang gusto ko lang naman kasi yung Seafood or Bulalo eh. Masarap. ^^

Hayun. Nakapaglaro pa ako ng 2 rounds ng DOTA kanina. Yun lang naman ang mabilis na pampalipas oras ko. Hindi ko namamalayan ang oras dahil sa nakatutok ako sa paglalaro.

Sinamahan namin ni ate si mama na magpacheck-up sa Medical City kanina. Ang kulit kasi, kailangan pa namin hatakin. :P Hindi kasi laging nagpapacheck-up yun eh. Ayaw atang malaman ang resulta. Haha. Bale habang nagpapacheck-up si mama, pinacheck-up na rin ni ate yung bunso niya dahil ubo ng ubo. *Ehem*

SM Fairview, Medical City

Kung iniisip niyong naghintay ako sa loob, hindi no! Asa. Yun ang isa sa mga pinaka-ayaw kong gawin, ang maghintay ng matagal sa ospital. Eh paano, ang tagal tagal, tapos nun sandali ka lang halos kung tingnan. Tss. :P

Habang sila ay naghihintay, nilibot ko muna ang buong SM Fairview. Nagpunta ako sa dulo, dun sa may Annex. Hay. Kapagod kaya. Eh yung SM pa naman doon pahaba. Ang hirap ikutin. Anyway, matapos kong maglibot dumiretso ako sa National Bookstore. :)

Nagdadalawang isip ako kanina kung ano bibilhin ko. Bolpen o ID Jacket? Wala lang. :)

Nauwi rin sa pagbili ng ID Jacket. Pero kakaiba yung nabili ko, magkadikit. Pwedeng dalawa ilagay na nagkakahalaga ng 15php lang. Haha.


Hayy [ulit]. Matagal-tagal din bago kami nakauwi. Eh kasi naman pang-28 ba naman si mama sa nakapila. :O Hayun, nakakapagod din. Nakauwi na kami ng 9:00. :O

Pagod na talaga ako. Magandang, uhh, Umaga? :)

Ep. 7: Enrollment.

Mas makakabuting isulat ko ito ng Filipino.

Ngayong araw nakatakda ang aking enrolment para sa pagpasok ko ng kolehiyo sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas. Kahit natulog na ako ng napaka-late, pinilit ko pa ring bumangon ng napakaaga. Sa pagkaka-alala ko, alas sais y medya dapat ako gigising pero sa sobrang pagkakaantok ko, nakabangon na ako sa higaan ng alas siete. Hmm. Ang lamig-lamig pa para maligo. Hoho. Kinailangan ko pa ng mainit na tubig na para makaligo agad. Dahil naligo na rin ako noong kinagabihan, hindi na ako gaanong nagtagal sa banyo para makapagbihis agad. Nakakatawa pa nga eh, hindi ko alam kung ano ang isusuot ko, t-shirt o long sleeves? Kaninang umaga kasi pagkagising ko, madilim-dilim at maulap pa ang langit at hindi ko sigurado kung uulan ba o magiging maaraw ang kalangitan. Sa totoo lang, natagalan akong mamili ng damit pero nauwi rin sa simpleng shorts at t-shirt.

Bago pa man ako makaalis ng bahay, kinailangan ko pang magpa-load para lang mabaryahan ang pera ko. Hehe, baka kasi walang panukli yung mga pedicab driver sa amin dahil ang aga-aga pa noon. Bale, matapos kong magpa-load dumiretso na rin ako sa pag-alis ng bahay.

Maya-maya...

Wala akong bolpen! Sa dinami-dami pa, bolpen ko pa ang naiwan. Haha. Imbes kasi na kumuha na lang ako ng panulat sa bahay, mapipilitan pa akong dumaan ng Shopping Center para bumili. Kaya ayun, kailangan ko pang dumaan dun. Habang nasa Ikot ako, nakita ko sa isang waiting shed sa tapat ng Vinzon's Hall si Maereen. Wow. Naunahan niya ako, himala. Haha. Sinitsitan ko siya, hindi siya lumingon, isinigaw ko pangalan niya, at doon napalingon siya. Hello Maereen!!! Matapos ko siyang makita, may isang babaeng naglalakad sa tapat ng Buss Admin ang napansin ko at mukhang pamilyar siya sa akin. Danceeeel! Haha. Ang ikalawang kabatch na nakita ko.

Matapos noon ay bumaba muna ako sa Shopping ng panulat (pahamak talaga). Tumingin ako sa orasan ko at napansin kong "maaga" pa naman ako.

Lakad lakad...

Habang umaakyat ako sa hagdanan paakyat ng Melchor Hall (o Engineering) napansin kong iilan pa lang ang mga freshie na pumapasok at in-assume ko naman na hindi pa nga ata nag-uumpisa. Pagkalapit ko sa pasukan ng building ay may babaeng sumalubong sa akin.

Ako: College Briefing po. *hinihingal*
Ate: Ah, akyat ka diyan sa 2nd floor *turo sa hagdanan*. Tapos may makikita ka dung booths, hanapin mo na lang course mo.
Ako: Saan po ulit? (Haha, narinig ko nga, pero tinanong ko ulit. :D) *ngiti*

Ayun, pagkaayat ko sa 2nd floor, nagulat ako sa dami ng tao. Hinanap ko sa mga booth yung course ko. Nag-sign ako sa "attendace sheet" nila at binigyan ako ng dalawang kopya ng Student Directory. Shete, may isang upperclass na ME nagbigay ng bolpen mula sa Phil Soc of ME something. Ganon, pagkatapos kong magpaka-late free bolpen naman pala. Hehe. Pagkakuha ko, dumiretso na ako sa loob.

Woah. Ang daming tao. Akala ko kanina na maaga-aga pa ako, pero nung nakita ko kung gaano kadami ng tao pumasok sa isip ko na (malamig dito, hehe) late na late na ako dahil kanina pa nagbi-briefing.

Almost 2 hrs din akong nangatog sa loob ng teatrong yun. Nagmadali akong lumabas para pumunta sa CR sandali. Pagkagaling ko ay naghintay ako ng sandali at nakuha ko na rin ang Form 5a ko. :))

Oh noes. May kulang ako! Card! Hindi ko pa nakukuha yung report card ko. Bago ako magtungo ng Office of the University Registrar ay inasikaso ko muna yung report card ko. Pumunta ako sa UPIS upang "makuha" ko ang card ko. Nung una, hindi ako pinalad dahil may isang asignatura pa akong kulang na pirma. Ngunit noong nakita nila na sa aking mga mukha ang pangangailangan ko ng card ko para sa enrolment ay naidaan ito sa usapan. Ibibigay daw nila ang card ko kung isasauli ko ang clearance ko nitong week na ito. Yehey! Labyu UPIS. :)

Matapos ni kuya, si ate naman sa window. Marami siyang sinabi pero ilan lang ang narinig ko. Haha. Nabingi ako sa glass window. Pinaakyat niya ako sa conference hall sa taas.

Bakit may mga nakaupo sa sahig?

Pumasok ako sa Confe Hall. O.o? Ang daming taoooo. Kaya nga ako nagpahuli para hindi maraming tao kaso marami pa rin. Matapos kong makumpirma ang mga subject ko ay pumila ako sa pagkahaba-habang pila ng Validation. Pagka-validate sa mga subject ko, pumila nanaman ako. Pero sa pagkakataong ito lubhang mas mahaba ang isang ito kaysa sa pinilahan ko kanina. Hanggang labas kasi ng Confe Hall yung pila. Matagal-tagal din kaming naghintay para lang makapasok. Haha. Pero nung pagkapasok namin, mahaba pa rin ang pila... sa upuan.

Namuti na halos ang mga mata ko kakahintay na umusad ang pila. Tiglilima lang kasi ang bakante sa Assessment. Sa palagay ko, inabot ako ng 30 minutes para lang umabot sa unahan ng pila. Ang nakakainis lang sa pilang yun, tayo upo. Lahat na ata ng mikrobyong nasa upuang galing sa pwet ng iba't ibang tao ang nasalo ng shorts ko. :/

Pagkatapos ko doon, pagkababa ko sa hagdanan, biglang nanakit ang mga paa ko. Balak ko sanang dumaan pa sa Lutong Bahay para bumili ng fruit shake kaso hindi na talaga kinaya ng paa ko. Hindi lang yun, naisipan ko pang umuwi ng bahay ng naglalakad. Hindi na ako sumakay jeep dahil malayo pa iikutin. :D

Pagkarating sa bahay...

Pakiramdam ko na namamaga na ata paa ko. Haha. Maglakad pa naman kasi pauwi kahit alam ko ng masakit na mga paa ko. Dumiretso ako sa kwarto para humiga, at nakatulog ako. The End. :)

My nephew woke me up at 08:30 am. *Yawns* My eyes still hurt. He said we’re gonna go jogging. I wanted to sleep more but it was part of my plan to jog this morning. Though my eyes hurt, I jogged with them. :D

After jogging, my legs and thighs were in pain. Ouch. But I still needed to go to our friend’s place to finish something. So I took a rest for a while and went there. I got home at 06:15 pm.

Ep. 5: Quiapo Adventure.

Zzzzz. Zzzzz. Zzzzz.

Hoho. I woke up early this morning. When I got up it was around 08:30. *Yawns* I still want to sleep. I slept at around three in the morning. Yes, nagpuyat nanaman ako.

I’m supposed to be at school by 09:00 but when I got up, heavy rain was pouring. Brr, it was a cold morning. The weather forecast said there will be a low pressure area near the country. *Yawns* By the time my eyelids closed for a while I was asleep again. I was tired last night. I wonder why I got really tired. I just watched Scrubs all day yesterday. Haha.

*Ring ring*

It was my alarm clock. Shocks, its 9:30! I needed to be at school by 9 but no group mate called me and besides t'was still raining, everybody (I think) hates going out on a rainy day. LOL. Hayy. We graduated but we still need to finish our paper or else our professor won't be signing our clearance. And no one can get their report card unless they've completed all their requirements. I stayed at home.

Zzzzz. Zzzzz. Zzzzz.

A few minutes later my sister knocked on the door and woke me up. I sensed it. She wanted me to go with her to some place. And there she said it, she asked me to go with her to Quiapo. She said she’s going to buy some stuff. May bibilhin lang ako, magbihis ka na.

Whaaaaat? Manila? In this rainy day? Yuck. There’ll be muddy water everywhere. Tss. Plus, I can’t refuse. Though she “asked” me, I was obliged to go with her.

As expected from a rainy weather, traffic became heavy. Every vehicle’s competing for the way. It’s like, “I came here first so give way.” We can’t blame them, everybody (I think, again) does that. There was a time when we were in a FX and a van rushed by a pool of water. Woah. The water splashed right about the FX. Lucky we’re inside. Haha.

The trip took about 20 minutes. We went straight to Quiapo Church and listened to the mass for a while. After that, my sister looked for her stuff.

1. She searched for a headband. She wanted the thin kind. But she didn’t find one.
2. She bought some bras and it seriously took SOME time. I was uncomfortable for the moment.
3. She bought Tinapang Bangus from a vendor. It looked delicious. But we just ate lunch.
4. She bought a dress. I was texting for the moment. Haha. I’ve got nothing to do other than doing that.
5. She bought LOTS of fruits. Yeah, fruits are way cheaper in Quiapo compared to local markets. Muddy water was going inside my Crocs. Aack. I imagined people spitting on the ground. *Shivers*
6. She looked for a DVD (movie). But she didn’t find what she's looking for.

Yes! She’s done shopping. It was my turn. The only thing I bought was something for my iPod—a screen protector. Haha. I don’t want scratches on my music player. :P

When we got home, it was around 04:00 pm. Both of us were really really tired…

Then we watched Scrubs! Haha. And I was watching ‘til I published this post.

Ep. 4: Headlines.

As I was watching news earlier, the reports about the Swine Flu got my attention. Its not that I wasn’t interested about the other happenings but this one seriously got my attention (yes, I said it twice). And it reminded me of the past. Dramatic, huh? Haha.

Years ago, there was the Mad Cow disease. It is a disease that transmits by eating infected cows. When I was a kid, my dad always tells me not to worry about eating beef. It was dinner time and our ulam was Nilagang Baka. Hello, those were the times when the news were all about the Mad Cow disease so it’s not surprising for a kid to got easily scared. Haha. I became paranoid. Everytime I eat beef I suspect it’s infected.

Then there came the Severe Acute Respiratory Disease (SARS) and Meningococcemia.

Meningococcal disease describes infections caused by Neisseria meningitidis (also termed meningococcus). It carries a high mortality rate if untreated. Whilst best known as a cause of meningitis, wide spread blood infection (sepsis) is more damaging and dangerous. Meningitis and Meningococcal septicemia are major causes of illness, death and disability in both developed and under developed countries worldwide.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome is a respiratory disease in humans which is caused by the SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV). There has been one near pandemic to date, between November 2002 and July 2003, with 8,096 known infected cases and 774 deaths (a case-fatality rate of 9.6%) worldwide being listed in the World Health Organization's (WHO) 21 April 2004 concluding report. Within a matter of weeks in early 2003, SARS spread from the Guangdong province of China to rapidly infect individuals in some 37 countries around the world.

I think these were two of the most horrible diseases appeared on the face of the earth. I can’t forget the times when I and my mom went shopping and I noticed some of the people were wearing safety breathing masks. Creepy.

And lastly, as far as I remember, it was the Bird Flu.

Bird flu or avian influenza is an infectious disease of birds ranging from mild to severe form of illness. All birds are thought to be susceptible to bird flu, though some species are more resistant to infection than others. Some forms of bird flu can cause illness to humans.

After those diseases, here comes the Swine Flu. What's it about? Google it. Haha.

But I bet you—we mere humans can win this battle. :D

Ep. 3: I Can't Sleep.

Last night was a long long long night. I can’t sleep for some reasons. Or maybe just because I got a lot of sleeping lately that I can’t close my eyes for a goodnight's sleep. So I thought of a way to spend the night. There was a time that I thought maybe I could buy some snacks outside and continue watching Scrubs but I noticed it’s 12 in the midnight, everyone’s asleep and the sari-sari stores were closed, so I thought of other ideas.

There were many things which my brain suggested me to do but I’m just too lazy to spill them out. Haha, not my loss buddy. But there was a thing that popped out of my pool of thoughts and that was blog-hopping. Wee. Nowadays, blog-hopping would be cool especially when some friend of yours supposed-to-be-unaccidentally read some of the shocking rumors your other friend told the town. Surprising is it? As I jumped from every friend’s blog to another friend’s blog, I looked for those kind of “coolness” I mentioned before. I’ve read some of their entries and searched for “them.” Suddenly, in one of my friend’s blog, I got interested in one of his blog entries. It was about some facts about him.

So, because of that, I’m thinking of posting a similar blog entry to that. Hmm…

3 Facts About Me. Yes, just three. Lol.

1. I am an anime fanatic. Proud to be. I really love those big eyes, those weird hairstyles and especially those unproportioned body structure. Even though I think I draw well, I still need to do a lot of practicing on drawing animated humans—with big eyes of course. Haha. I spend some of my free time watching anime(s). In fact, I watched more than a hundred series. :D

2. I am obsessive compulsive. Yes, I want things to run as smooth as possible. Everything should look close to perfection. Haha. I don’t like working in a mess.

3. And lastly, I am athletic—except basketball. Yuck. I play sports a lot. I can play pretty good. *winks* Soccer. Volleyball. Badminton. Table Tennis. Track and Field. Swimming. Etc. Though I’m good at shooting baskets (you know Bente Uno?), basketball isn’t my sport. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because all the guys in the clan are addicted to it that I ended up tired of it. Guess I’m the black guy sheep, well, in terms of basketball. Lol.

Ep. 2: Blogging.

So there it is. I spent the day trying to make this blog look any better. Here are some of the changes I’ve made:

Changed fonts
Changed font colors
Added a chatbox
Removed some HTML codes
Tested some codes

After seeing and editing those confusing HTML codes for hours (yes, it took me so long), I ended up having a nice headache. >.<

Oh right, I almost forgot. Before I did those coding thingy, my sister and I went to SSS (Social Security System) to pay for her maternity thing. Hehe. Yeah right, she’s pregnant. And she’s quite addicted in having a baby girl. Well it’s not surprising, my mom and my sister are the only ladies in the family. Anyway, from SSS we went to the mall. My sister was looking for a perfume. While she was looking for the perfect scent, I was looking for something too. I was looking for a shirt. Haha. The one with a hood. Hoody shirt, eh? You don’t care. Haha. We looked in every store and she didn’t found one. We got home at 2:00pm.

As I was writing this entry, I was watching Scrubs on TV. I got so addicted watching this. This one’s a comedy series about doctors. And yeah, I’m on the second disc now. :P
